The Technical Department serves as the backbone of fleet performance and reliability. The department manages all technical aspects of vessel operations, including planned maintenance, dry dockings, repairs, and technical inspections. It ensures full compliance with international maritime regulations, class requirements, and safety standards.

Operation

The Operations Department at Trade Fortune Inc. oversees the commercial and operational performance of the fleet from voyage planning to completion. The team manages cargo operations, port calls, documentation, and coordination with charterers, agents, terminals, and shipboard personnel.
With a strong focus on efficiency, compliance, and timely execution, the department ensures that each voyage is carried out safely, economically, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
